Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Scope

Accepire Techsol Private Limited ("Accepire", "we", "us", or "our") provides the Accepire AI Gateway website, enterprise software, implementation, and support services. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website and when operating or supporting Accepire AI Gateway.

For a customer-controlled deployment, the customer normally determines why and how workspace data is processed. Accepire’s role and access are defined by the relevant agreement and deployment model.

2. Information we may process

Website and commercial enquiries

  • Name, work email, company, role, and contact details
  • Messages, requirements, and communications sent to us
  • Basic website and security logs, such as IP address, browser, and timestamps

Website measurement

We count public page views, demo-link clicks, and pilot-brief views and print actions to improve this website. These events contain the public page, placement, and a broad source category such as LinkedIn or direct traffic. We do not add names, email addresses, account identifiers, full referring URLs, query strings, or form contents to these events, and we do not set analytics cookies. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These event logs are separate from the basic server and security logs described above.

Workspace identity and usage

  • User identity, workspace role, department, and access status
  • Request timestamps, model aliases, request source, token counts, and estimated cost
  • Authentication, security, policy, and administrative audit events

Prompts and responses

Accepire AI Gateway processes prompts and model responses to provide the requested service and apply configured policies. Depending on customer settings, content may be blocked, redacted, processed without prompt-audit retention, or retained in redacted form for a defined period. Accepire does not use customer prompts or responses to train AI models.

3. How information is used

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and support Accepire AI Gateway
  • Authenticate users and enforce configured access and data policies
  • Route approved requests to customer-authorized model deployments
  • Measure usage, estimate model cost, and support governance reporting
  • Investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability
  • Respond to enquiries and administer commercial relationships
  • Meet legal and contractual obligations

4. Deployment, storage, and data location

The intended production model is a dedicated deployment in the customer’s Azure environment. The customer selects the Azure regions, networking design, connected model resources, audit mode, and retention settings, subject to technical availability and the agreed architecture.

Data residency depends on every configured dependency, including the Accepire AI Gateway deployment, model resources, storage, monitoring, support processes, and connected services. Accepire does not claim that data remains in a particular country unless the complete deployed architecture has been verified.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

Information may be processed by Microsoft Azure, customer-selected model services, identity providers, communication services, monitoring services, and support tools required for the agreed deployment. The applicable agreement or subprocessor documentation identifies relevant providers and responsibilities.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

6. Security

Accepire AI Gateway supports controls including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, secret storage, audit records, private networking, and managed identity where configured. Security remains a shared responsibility between Accepire, the customer, Microsoft, model providers, and integrated applications. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

Customer administrators configure prompt-audit retention within supported limits. Account, usage, security, support, and commercial records are retained according to the applicable agreement, customer instructions, operational requirements, and law. Deletion and return procedures for enterprise deployments are defined contractually.

8. Your rights

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. If your information is held in an employer or customer workspace, contact that organization first because it normally controls the workspace data. You may also contact us at info@accepire.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local browser storage for authentication, security, and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Accepire AI Gateway website.

10. International transfers

If personal information is transferred across borders, the responsible party must use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards. Transfer requirements depend on the customer’s location, selected Azure regions, support arrangement, and applicable law.

11. Children

Accepire AI Gateway is intended for organizational use and not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the public website.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will revise the date shown above. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@accepire.com.
